2024 Health Benefits

Open Enrollment December 8 - 22, 2023

Minutemen Staffing is offering two health plans to all eligible employees. These plans help you meet your obligation under the Affordable Care Act.

Eligible employees are able to join the medical plans that are offered. If you want to add or remove any dependents this is the only opportunity to do so. If you have elected to waive the medical insurance please note that you will not be eligible to join the plan until Open Enrollment 2024. The only exception to this rule would be a qualifying event or loss of other insurance. In this instance you would be required to notify Minutemen Staffing within 31 days of your qualifying event or loss of other coverage in order to be eligible to enroll into the benefits offered by the company. All changes will be effective January 1, 2024.

Minutemen Staffing classifies employees as follows:

Full Time Employee
An employee expected to meet or exceed 30 hours per week because the job assignment is to a permanent account and expected to work every day. A full time employee is eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Variable Hour Employee
An employee whose hours are undetermined at hire and is entered into the general labor pool and is measured for a period of 12 months. If such employee works on average 30 or more hours per week the employee will be eligible for coverage after 12 months.

To enroll, print and complete the enrollment form.  If you are unable to print this PDF, your Minutemen branch can provide you with a form.
