Long-term assignees can remain on Minute Men Staffing's payroll or be hired into your company by way of a "temp-to-perm" arrangement. Many companies have realized the advantage of hiring all of their assembly workers through Minute Men Staffing, for instance. Once an individual has proven their reliability after a period of time, they are invited to transfer from Minute Men Staffing to the client's payroll.
DIRECT HIRE
Minute Men Staffing can recruit, screen and test candidates that you can hire directly. We will arrange interviews of a short list of candidates, freeing up hours of your time. You can make the final selection of your candidate for a negotiated fee.
The direct hire program allows Minute Men customers to utilize our extensive placement network and numerous employment centers to reach as many candidates as possible.
